Last year I proudly went to Moksha Yoga at least 2-3 times per week. This year...mm, ya, not so much. Yikes. Since I am currently experiencing some lower back pain (oh god, am I getting old!?), I feel the need to get back into it asap (before it's too late).
Alas, as you may know, finding the time can be difficult, especially when something is no longer in your routine. Sadly, Moksha Yoga is not a part of my routine anymore. Shitty. But I am determined to get back into the most beneficial habit again, starting this weekend! Wish me luck,
What is Moksha Yoga?
