Last year I proudly went to Moksha Yoga at least 2-3 times per week. This year...mm, ya, not so much. Yikes. Since I am currently experiencing some lower back pain (oh god, am I getting old!?), I feel the need to get back into it asap (before it's too late).
Moksha Yoga is not a part of my routine anymore. Shitty. But I am determined to get back into the most beneficial habit again, starting this weekend! Wish me luck,
